Garrison For Veterans is a service-disabled, Veteran owned and operated, Veteran housing developer. Although we are based in Atlanta, Georgia, we develop housing for our Veterans nationwide. New homes for United States military Veterans is our specialty. Our experience and expertise allows us to provide permanent housing solutions. 

At our core, GFV is a homeless Veteran housing developer. Homeless Veterans are our top priority and that trickles down into everything that we do. All of our efforts in the marketplace ultimately goes toward increasing the supply of affordable housing for our Vets. This is where we live. This is where we shine. Where can Veterans use their HUD-VASH voucher?

We provide permanent housing with a priority to homeless Veterans. Veterans with HUD-VASH vouchers are who we serve first.  If we have a waiting list, Veterans with HUD-VASH move to the top of the list. We develop all types of housing: townhomes, multi-family apartments, single family houses, et al. Whether you are a single Veteran in need of a studio apartment or a Veteran with a family in need of a 4 bedroom, single-family home, we got your back!
