This week marks a major milestone in the Freedom's Path Dublin's development timeline. We have had to hold position, but The Department of Veterans Affairs has completed the Notice of Intent (NOIE) concurrence review process. As of June 23, 2022, the Secretary of VA has signed the NOIE and has sent it to Congress for a 45 day comment period. Lease signing should take place approximately August 8, 2022, with closing on all financing to take place shortly thereafter. We have not yet started to make groundbreaking ceremony arrangements, but now that we are on track to close within about 60 days we will begin to prepare for the transition into the construction phase for this landmark development. Much thanks to all who have helped to ensure Freedom's Path Dublin's success and those who have remained patient and unwavering through this extended process. Freedom's Path Dublin is a win for Georgia and all U.S. military Veterans!
