Historic moment for Georgia and all military Veterans!
The Department of Veterans Affairs has signed the lease officially giving the Freedom's Path Dublin Development Team legal right to redevelop historic Buildings 34 & 35 with additional new construction on land included in the lease. This is a milestone, and the last checkpoint before closing on all financing. A September 15, 2022, closing date is floating around in the air, however a closing will occur no later than October 1, 2022. Once the financing is closed, we will have our groundbreaking and start construction.
We began work on this project in 2017, in order to increase the supply of affordable housing for United States military Veterans. After 5 years, we have finally made it to this point by the hard work of dedicated servants and by the grace of God. Freedom's Path is a win for Georgia and all military Veterans!
