At any given time, on any given day, you will find United States Military personnel deployed, serving all across the world. Upon returning home, they continue to serve in garrison. Once separated from military service, many Veterans continue to serve their communities. Garrison For Veterans creates a place in each community across the United States where Veterans can continue to serve, in Garrison.

Since it's inception in 2017, Garrison For Veterans has been a Veteran housing developer focused on America's homeless Veterans. Proceeds from our sales go toward financing

As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, we truly understand the demands of military service and the unique circumstances surrounding Veteran housing. To combat Veteran homelessness, we primarily focus on increasing the supply of affordable housing for Active and Reserve military personnel and military Veterans.

Affordable housing is a key component to military readiness. Our troops are often called to put the needs of the military above their own needs. Even the needs of their families. Eliminating housing cost burdens for our servicemembers improves their military quality of life and sets them up for greater success when it comes time to finally separate. 

Affordable housing for U.S. Veterans can be accomplished in many ways. We have a few current housing projects underway for homeless and disabled Veterans in which we are restoring underutilized land and buildings to productive use through new construction and Historic adaptive re-use. By replicating this model in localities across the nation, we can provide a home for every homeless Veteran who needs one, bringing Veteran homelessness in America to functional zero. Functional zero is a "zero" we can  live with. We strive to create space that will be utilized by the United States' most deserving patriots.

Not only do we provide Veteran housing for rent, we have land available for purchase for Veterans looking to build their own home with the VA Construction Loan. Many Veterans searching for housing would build their home if the opportunity was afforded to them. GFV is here to make that change! We work with Veterans looking to purchase a home with the VA Loan to use their benefit to build brand new. The VA Construction Loan is a great tool to accomplish this. While the VA Construction Loan is a major tool to accomplish this goal, it is not the only thing needed. GFV is here to come along side of you and help you develop your new home to ensure that your next home build is performed on time and on budget.
